Here at Maximum Media we’re recruiting a Client Services Executive AND a Multimedia Graphic Designer.

Due to this remarkable and extensive growth, two new and exciting opportunities have now appeared on the horizon of life… that’s essentially a really rubbish analogy meaning that we want to give you a full-time job – the job of Client Services Executive or the job of Multimedia Graphic Designer. You can’t have both you selfish people.

Client Services Executive

First things first, Maximum Media are looking to expand our Client Services team, and are looking to hire an experienced Client Services Executive to begin immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, meet and exceed their expectations to ensure clients are retained.
  • Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved.
  • Develop client specific strategies and associated tactics to drive client value.
  • Work with Business Development in identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the current client base.
  • Work with Business Development and Editorial to execute campaigns on time and to a high level.
  • Manage tracking and reporting of campaign performance to ensure client targets are being met.

Professional Requirements:

The ideal Client Services Executive has successfully worked with a client services, account management and/or marketing team, and has been in customer-facing roles (e.g. customer service, account management, consulting, service industry, etc.). This person will also have online business experience, and meet most or all of the following requirements:

  • 2 or more years of online professional experience.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a relevant field of study.
  • Strong technical skills in planning, implementing and tracking digital campaigns using DoubleClick , Adtech or similar.

Personal Requirements:

  • Exceptional client servicing and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in working successfully in a team environment.
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and focused on work quality.

Multimedia Graphic Designer

Maximum Media are also recruiting for a Multimedia Graphic Designer.

If you have a great flair for visual communication and are keen to work as part of one of the most exciting media organisations in the country, we want to hear from you. Just make sure that you’re better at drawing than Daniel Radcliffe…

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context.
  • Creative flair and an innovative approach to all design project.
  • Expertise in Adobe software, desktop or Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and others, for creating online advertisements, infographics, video motion graphics and web design.
  • Experience in video production and the ability to create video stings and graphics for our in-house video production team would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in logo design and branding.
