It seems the scoreboard is not the only place where Toulon beat Ulster up…

It seems the scoreboard is not the only place where Toulon bet Ulster up…

Toulon second-row Romain Taofifenua has been cited for allegedly kicking Stuart Olding in the head during Toulon’s 23-13 win over Ulster on Saturday.

Citing commissioner Peter Larter reported the incident and the lock will have  a disciplinary hearing in Dublin this Thursday. If Taofifenua is found guilty he could face a lengthy ban of anything from four weeks all the way up to a one-year  suspension for the kick.

The news will be a bitter blow to Toulon who are critically short of experience in the locking department with just World Cup winners Ali Williams and Bakkies Botha warming the bench on Saturday…

Those two lads will surely gain some much needed experience if Taofifenua receives a suspension *JOE sticks tongue very firmly in cheek*.
