We know what we’ll be doing later today…

Ubisoft has announced that the Assassin’s Creed Unity: Dead Kings DLC is now available, free of charge, for all Assassin’s Creed Unity players on Xbox One. PlayStation owners will have to wait until tomorrow to get their hands on the new content. Insert sad face here…

Ubisoft previously announced that the Dead Kings DLC would be offered to gamers for free following the not-so-smooth release of Unity in late 2014. Those who purchased the Unity Season Pass were given the opportunity to download one of several Ubisoft titles as compensation.

So what’s Dead Kings all about? According to Ubisoft Dead Kings takes place ‘after the events of Assassin’s Creed Unity when Arno’s quest for redemption leads him to the town of Saint-Denis, then known as Franciade’.

Gamers will be sent on mission that will take them to the depths of the city, an intricate network of catacombs and deep caves that hold the remains and best-kept secrets of past French kings.

The new DLC will include a rake of new missions, weapons, gear and outfits that can also be used in Assassin’s Creed: Unity.

Here’s a look at what’s in store for gamers…
