Hurling is alive and well in Kildare…
When you’re a playing hurling as a young lad, the fear of getting hit with the sliotar is a very real thing. As you get older, that fear doesn’t leave you, you just learn to hide it from your teammates.
So it takes a fair bit of stupidity bravery from Johnny Flynn (hurler-in-chief) and Kevin Kelly (face provider) to attempt a trick shot like this…
Kelly revealed that it only took them three attempts to get this right and, luckily enough, Flynn didn’t hit him once.
Unless you want to be scraping shards of what used to be your teeth off the ground, we would once again recommend not attempting this madness skill yourselves…
