COYBIG.
Ireland beat Georgia 1-0 at the Aviva tonight to keep the dream of qualifying for Euro 2016 very much alive.
A pretty dour game was brought to light in the second half after a silky Jeff Hendrick run and cross saw Jon Walters turn the ball into the back of the net.
Scotland lost 3-2 at home to Germany so we’re now four points clear of them with two games to go.
Fabulous feeling, Ireland win 1-0 #IREvGEO Pity McClean won't be with us for Germany game.

A classic, it wasn't. But a result nonetheless… #IREvGEO

Four points clear of Scotland in third. Wasn't entertaining, but they won, and it's about winning. Can't believe some people want Trap back.

James McCarthy can't quite manage the necessary delight at Scotland's defeat.

Mission accomplished. Hopefully there will be a full house against the world champions.

Walters gets Man of the Match for a tap in that was all down to Hendrick's hard work #iregeo
