WATCH: Sinkhole swallows two cars in the middle of a deadly California storm

Rory Cashin

California is being battered by a massive storm right now that has already taken two lives in the state.

Certain parts of Los Angeles are expecting up to ten inches of rain, while higher elevations have been told to anticipate up to two feet of snow.

Over 200,000 residents were also warned they made need to evacuate as the country’s tallest dam is unable to deal with the additional water levels brought on by the weather system.

The footage below shows a massive sinkhole opening up near Studio City, swallowing two cars and leading to firefighters saving one of the drivers.

The rainfall also caused the collapse of a freeway, which sent a fire engine tumbling off the side of the bridge-way. Thankfully there was nobody hurt in the incident.
