It’s a good festival for a great cause.

Dublin Simon Community will kick off their 6th annual Simon House of Light festival this evening (Thursday, 7 December) at the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre on South William Street.

Promising to light up the front of the Centre with a “magical animated, music and light projection show”, the festival will highlight the issue of homelessness in Dublin and nationwide from Thursday until Saturday, 9 December.

Each night, from 5pm to 10pm the steps will feature live music from performers such as The Lucan Gospel Choir, The U-Band, Penrose, BARQ and The Line-Up Choir.

Launching at 5.30pm on Thursday, 7 December, to find out more check out Dublin Simon’s official page here before heading on down.
