Get comfortable because Winter is coming and it is going to be LONG.

There had been some long running rumours that the final season of Game Of Thrones would feature some lengthy running times on all of the episodes, with some folk behind the scenes saying that each episode would feel like an entire movie.

Then the episode lengths for the first two episodes were confirmed to both be less than an hour, and hopes faded that the epicness of the final season would materialise.

However, HBO have finally confirmed (via Entertainment Weekly) all the episode lengths, and hope can be restored, because some of them are essentially movie length.

Below are the air times and episode lengths for all six episodes, and remember that Sky Atlantic will be showing each episode at the same time here in Ireland, so 9pm there is 1am on Monday morning here:

Season 8 Episode 1 – SUNDAY, APRIL 14 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 54 minutes

Season 8 Episode 2 – SUNDAY, APRIL 21 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 58 minutes

Season 8 Episode 3 – SUNDAY, APRIL 28 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1 hour 22 minutes

Season 8 Episode 4 – SUNDAY, MAY 5 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1 hour 18 minutes

Season 8 Episode 5 – SUNDAY, MAY 12 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Season 8 Episode 6 – SUNDAY, MAY 19 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT)
Estimated running time: 1 hour 20 minutes

As for how it will all end, the odds have been revealed as to who will be sitting in the Iron Throne come the end of that final 80-minute episode, and you can read all about that here.
