The driver of the vehicle suffered a health incident before the crash.
Four people were hospitalised after a vehicle struck a number of pedestrians in Donegal on Wednesday (3 August).
In a statement to JOE, Gardaí said they attended the scene of a single vehicle collision on Main Street in Clonmany at around 6.30pm.
Donegal Daily reports that the incident occurred at the Clonmany Festival, with the vehicle crashing into a crowd.
According to Gardaí, the driver of the vehicle suffered a “health incident” before the crash.
Three pedestrians, along with the driver, were later taken to Letterkenny University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí say investigations into the collision are ongoing.
