"That's the scary part that comes with scaling, is that so many elements of the business go outside of the control of the sole entrepreneur or the partners at the top but it’s the only way to scale a business and it’s kind of what you have to give up to understand that ultimately if you have control of everybody and everything, your business will only grow to a point.
