If you want to scale your business and ensure a successful outcome, there will be a time when it's necessary to take a step back from certain aspects.
"...there are weeds that you have to deal with day-to-day and I’ve always been strong on the thing, if you're down there in the weeds with everyone then you're not operationally directing the business.
