After grabbing a few minutes with Brian Caulfield, partner with DFJ Esprit, we also got chatting to Marian Kilcoyne & Dervla James of The Pepper Pot Café, and all three shared their own motivations, challenges and advice for the budding entrepreneurs of Ireland.
