Recently, JOE was at the AIB Start-Up Academy event in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Northgate Street, Athlone to hear from successful business owners and talk to budding entrepreneurs alike; and there was more than a fair share of great advice dished out on the night.
We chatted to people about why they came along to the AIB Start-Up Academy event in the first place, along with their own advice for anyone who might be thinking of starting up their own business, including what it’s like to set up a business in the middle of a recession.
