As a man in his 50s who spends a large part of his time around food, you'd think Gordon Ramsay could be forgiven for not having the physique of a man a few decades younger than himself.
But fans of the celebrity chef will know
he likes to keep himself in decent shape. The 51-year-old has taken part in multiple marathons and has even dedicated himself to Ironman competitions.
He's previously spoken about his intense training regime. "My father passed at 53 with a heart attack. My brother's an addict," Ramsay told
Delish last year. "So I've got that scare-mongering going on, on a weekly basis, that I need to stay fit."
By the looks of it, he's got another Ironman coming up and took the opportunity to post a topless image of himself to Instagram.
Captioning it, he wrote: "Iron Chef to Ironman for @greatormondst#teamramsay London Triathlon can't wait! Great way to shake off jet lag.... good luck and congrats to all athletes and a BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers & sponsors couldn't do it without you!"

In an interview earlier this year,
he opened up to the Daily Mail, telling that a fear his wife would leave him prompted him to get into shape.
"Tana was not impressed with the way I was," he told the newspaper.
"I was overweight, 18 stone. I looked like a sack of s**t. I look at the pictures and think, 'How did Tana stay around?' Because Tana has got better-looking and more gorgeous. And there she is, getting in bed with a fat f**k."
