Here are the best supplements for your workouts according to the Supplement Awards

The BodyBuilding.com supplement awards were held this past weekend in Las Vegas, so here are the best of the best for all your sports nutrition needs

Every year, the lads at BodyBuilding.com go through a whole range of categories of supplements and sports nutrition products to give their verdict on what the best available out there is, and this year our mates at Optimum Nutrition scooped a whole host of awards. Their Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey won the best overall protein powder and the coveted 'Supplement of the Year' title, and Optimum Nutrition was also named the brand of the year for their overall product range and the quality of their stuff. They also picked up the award for best multi-vitamin supplement with Opti-Men, which takes care of all your vitamin needs when you're training, and they also scooped (see what we did there) the title of best Casein supplement, showing that they really know what they're up to when it comes to shakes and proteins. The lads at MusclePharm also got a few awards for their AMINO 1 supplement as well as their clothing and packaging, while Beast Sports was named the best breakout brand of the year.
