Goals: “I’m trying to lose the last nagging bits of weight and I particularly want to lose the gut. After that, it’s all about toning up.”

Excited? “Absolutely, can’t wait for it.”

Sports/ Fitness Activities: “None at the moment really.”

Goals: “I’m looking for the motivation to get out and keep fit. My goal weight would be 13 stone (82kg).”

Excited? “Definitely. I was a bit nervous the first night but it was good craic and very interesting to start learning new fitness techniques.”
