Some great insight and advice here, to get you through the tough times

While the first most of us heard of it was a tweet from a certain Enda Kenny TD last night, the #LittleThings campaign is well worth some of your time.

Launched by the HSE’s National Office for Suicide Prevention today, #LittleThings is a new mental health and wellbeing campaign that aims to show us how small changes can make a big difference.

With twin aims of helping people to understand what they can do to help themseleves and where they can go for additional help, it is a really positive campaign, that is fantastically presented.

That is best illustrated by three little animations released today to promote the campaign, each telling the story of person who shares their mental health experiences.

Gaelic footballer Alan O’Mara, journalist Úna -Minh Kavanagh and consultant Robert Carley talk about mental health in an open and engaging way that should do a lot for a very worthy topic of discussion.
