Brian Maher gets no slack from personal trainer Dan Smullen, as the giant sets continue this week. No pain, no gain as they say.
Last week Brian was a little bit thankful that the routines had changed and he was on to something new, but with his muscles beginning to ache again and the diet a bit more restrictive, the end results are the main motivation to keep going.
