So we’re now into Week 3 of Brian Maher’s challenge to get ripped. The Spin 103.8 DJ had his toughest session yet as Fitness Dock personal trainer Dan Smullen put him through his paces.
Brian had previously said to Dan that he tried ‘leg day’ on his own and found it “grand.” Most serious gym trainers, as Dan points out in the video, dread leg day – which Brian now will too after Dan pushed him hard. Fair play, though, he beasted through the session and is looking stronger and more toned every week.
