This guy’s workout routine is just incredible…

Wagner Bortolato didn’t grow ridiculously big biceps and become the world champion of arm wrestling by sitting around on his ass all day. Instead, he hit the gym with the sole purpose of making every single piece of equipment his, well… bitch.

The video above, which has only gone viral over the past few days, features a snippet from a 2011 workout video that takes a look at some of the incredible exercises Wagner does to keep in shape.

Definitely one to bookmark for when you hit the gym early next year, although you probably shouldn’t go as hard at it as Wagner. Not for your first week, anyway.

After a quick search we managed to find the original video and the clip above is only a fraction of the crazy stunts that Wagner pulls off in the gym. At 22 minutes it’s a tad long, but definitely worth the watch for any fitness fanatics out there.
