If you’re looking for some motivation to get up off your arse and lift some weights then look no further.
The next time you struggle with some weights and your so-called ‘friends’ call you a big girly faced girl, ask them if they’ve ever seen Suzanne Svanevik from Bergan, Norway.
Chances are they won’t know who you’re talking about, but we're fairly sure they won’t be able to forget about her after watching this video.

The CrossFit/powerlifting/weightlifting enthusiast (although, it won't be long before she goes pro) absolutely dominates the weights in the Bergen Performance Centre and we’re sure a few of the lads working out in the background feel a little bit emasculated whenever Suzanne, or Suzie as she’s better known, hits the gym.
Even more surprising than her physical ability is the fact that Suzie only turned 18-years-old earlier this week (October 15), which means the video above was filmed four weeks ago when she was still just 17.
Looks like there must be something in the water in Norway, as we featured another 18-year-old Norwegian female bodybuilder called Lone Norås only a few weeks ago.
You can keep up to date with everything Suzie gets up to over on her Instagram page.
