Sometimes it's hard enough going to the gym with the standard gym goer standing beside you and looking in great shape, but just imagine some guy doing this beside you.
Russian athlete Alexander Khokhlov shared a video to Instagram of himself doing a 90kg Turkish get up.
The move is popular among crossfit athletes but Khokhlov switched from the regular exercise which uses a dumbbell, and instead used a barbell weighing 90kg.
We'd recommend not trying this one at your local gym... it can probably only end badly for us mere humans.
