JOE

The highly anticipated Whisky Live Dublin takes place on Saturday, October 5, in The Round Room at Dublin’s Mansion House and we want to send you and a mate along.

Whether you’re a whiskey enthusiast, a newcomer to the world of fine whiskey, or you’d just like a day out to remember, then Whisky Live is the place to be.

The afternoon session starts from 2pm to 5.30pm while the evening session starts at 6.30pm to 10pm, with tickets priced at €33. VIP tickets are also available which include admission to the onsite Masterclasses and VIP dining. These masterclasses  start an hour before each session, 1pm and 5.30pm respectively and tickets cost €69.

Whisky Live Dublin is an over 18’s event, naturally, and tickets are available from www.whiskylive.com, Dublin Tourist Offices, The Celtic Whiskey Shop, Mitchell & Son and from the Mansion House on the day of the event.

Patrons will be able to taste the best of Irish whiskey available from Irish Distillers, Kilbeggan, Teeling, Protégé, Mitchell & Son, Irishman Brands and many more.  Other exhibitors on the day will include The Irish Whiskey Society, Brooks Hotel, The Irish Whiskey Collection, the Celtic Whiskey Shop and Glencairn Crystal Studio. A broad selection of scotch and international whiskies will also be represented with sampling stalls lining the Round Room.

We want to send you and a mate along for the experience and all you have to do is figure out what whiskey is in the jar’o below. We’ve scrambled the label to make it a bit more difficult and all you have to do is pick the correct answer in the multiple choice box below to be in with a chance of heading to this unique event.

The lucky winner will receive a bottle of the whiskey featured in the picture below and VIP tickets to the events, which will be ready for collection at the door.

Here’s a hint:  Whiskey certainly goes better with coffee than it does with tea.
