John Michael McDonagh, the award-winning writer-director of The Guard and Calvary, is back with his highly-anticipated third film, War On Everyone, a blacker than black action comedy starring Alexander Skarsgård, friend of JOE, Michael Peña, and the wonderful Tessa Thompson.
War On Everyone tells the tale of two corrupt cops, Terry Monroe (Skarsgård) and Bob Bolaño (Peña), who are out to frame and blackmail any eejit who’s unfortunate enough to cross their path.
This policing pair of irresponsible and irreverent law-breakers will kick your ass AND they’ll get away with it.
The brilliantly batshit, crazy-looking film is released in Irish cinemas on October 6, but we want you and your own partner in crime to see the film before anyone else at the Irish Premiere, in association with O’Hara’s Irish Craft Beers, taking place on Friday 30 September in the Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin.
You’re also invited to join us at 6.15pm for the pre-screening O’Hara’s drinks reception and the film itself will start at 7pm.
