Here are all the winners of our Best of Brazil polls

Over the past eight weeks in conjunction with Pot Noodle, we asked you to vote for your favourite item regarding Brazil in a different category each week. Here are the winners of those polls.

Sponsored by Pot Noodle Brazilian BBQ Steak Flavour We asked you to vote for your favourite Brazilian band and the outright winner was CSS. The electro-dance-pop group from Sao Paolo were deemed your favourite Brazilian band and worthy winners they are too. The City of God was voted as your favourite Brazilian film. The gritty film depicting the growth of organised crime in Rio topped the polls with ease. Brazil is a haven for beaches and has some of the best in the world, but it's not much of a surprise to know that the Copacabana won in the poll as best Brazilian beach. The favourite Brazilian delicacy was a hotly contested category, but it was the sweet toothed people who voted in their droves to send the Brigadeiro to the top of the pile. The landmarks of Brazil are pretty spectacular, so kudos must go to Iguazu Falls for topping this category. This amazing landmark is a phenomenal sight and a very worthy winner of what was another hotly contested category. The one category which was debated with considerable gusto here in JOE, was the one for our favourite Brazilian model and in the end, we had no complaints to hear that the stunning Adrian Lima won out in the end. Of course, the whole campaign for Pot Noodle was centred around the World Cup and Brazil, despite their efforts in the tournament, is synonymous with football. The best Brazilian victory went to the classic 1970 World Cup Final win over Italy in Mexico. A match which defined the ages and helped establish Brazil as probably everyone's favourite second team after their own around the world. Naturally, Brazil have had so many brilliant players over the years, but you voted the original Ronaldo as your favourite Brazilian player of all time. Good choice we feel as we still don't think we have ever seen a striker as good as this fellah. It's been eight weeks we won't forget in a hurry and in between we had a brilliant World Cup tournament.
