Much like Jack Kelly's obsession with having bigger hands, we've never hidden our love for the utterly brilliant It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The news that FXX are bringing the gang back for another two seasons was music to our ears and in doing so, IASIP will become the longest-running live-action comedy in TV history with 14 seasons. Time to break out the rum ham and start dancing. With this in mind, we've decided to take inspiration from the patrons of Paddy's Pub and tell you how the words of Mac, Dennis, Dee, Frank and Charlie will improve your life in 14 different ways.

1) Don't be conscious of your body.

We love Fat Mac because despite being crippled with dia-bitis, he still somehow managed to be healthier than Dennis. It must have been all those chimichangas.

2) Trust your friends.

If you and your mates are sticking to the classic structure of the A-Team within your group then you really need to establish who's the looks, brains and the....

3) Dating made easy.

6) Always experiment with drinks.

Grain alcohol, crowtein and Wolf Cola have all made an appearance in the show but they can't compare to getting ripped s** t drunk on ham.

7) Pay people compliments.

"Charlie, make a move. Just tell her you wanna bang her". - Mac. "I got my Magnum condoms; I got my wad of hundreds. I'm ready to plow". - Frank. "Mac, you have an exceptional number of bugs in your teeth. You're gonna wanna rinse those out. It's disgusting" - Dennis

Ok, we're all in agreement that Dennis is a psychopath, right?   That remark still doesn't compare to this scene though because "if the girl said 'no,' then the answer obviously is 'no.' But the thing is, is she's not gonna say 'no.' She would never say 'no,' because of the implication". That lingering look is priceless. It's the type of thing that he gets off to.

10) Nothing comes for free.

If you're in Dennis' room then you're always being filmed. It's actually a compliment though because this is a man who thinks that his car is "a  transporter of gods, the golden god. I am untethered and my rage knows no bounds!". He's a 5-star-man.

14) If all else fails then just be Frank.
