The promoter's first pop-up club, 12 Hours of Temporary Pleasure, is coming to The Complex in Dublin 7 this Saturday 13 August for one night only, in what's sure to be a new and unique experience for club-goers.
This week has seen the venue host a series of workshops with discussions surrounding club culture, architecture and the future of DIY spaces. On Saturday, the venue will transform into an immersive electronic arts centre, featuring DJ sets, local artists and performers.
If you're not familiar with Temporary Pleasure, they're a collective of architects and club creatives, tasked with creating D.I.Y nightclubs that can be designed, built and brought to life in just five days. After the event, the venue will quickly disappear, as if it never happened.
The event is supported by Absolut Clubbing Council, an assembly of key personalities in club culture including Irish DJ Krystal Klear, club culture activist Andrea Horan and event promoters Souletiquette.
