Hundreds of people are planning on attending ‘one last session’ in DCU later this year

Calling all DCU alumni…
DCU students past and present are set to gather for what sounds like an epic send-off to one of the university’s biggest social hotspots later this year. The DCU Students’ Union are calling on DCU alumni to head along to The Old Bar on 21 May on what they say will be “the last night to inhale the bar’s musty smell, to treat the pool tables like a stage, to rediscover the secret toilets and to shift yer man who lived across the hall from you in Larkfield”.

One can never rely on figures on Facebook event pages for exact attendances, but just short of 400 people have already committed to attending the event, with another 700 or so saying they would be interested in going along.
Sounds like it’s going to be a hell of a send-off.
