Get them while they're, eh, cold.

Ireland hasn’t exactly enjoyed ice cream weather this week, but a little bit of rain has never stopped us from enjoying the good stuff from the freezer. With that in mind, ice cream lovers in Cork will be eager to get their lips around the eagerly awaited Ice Cream Doughburger when it goes on sale on Friday, June 9, because they won’t have long to enjoy them. The eagerly awaited treat will be available in HB Swirl’s Mahon Point from Friday until Monday and comes on a freshly made Berlinerbol (a fancy word for doughnut) layered with a choice of cherry or chocolate sauce, creamy ice cream and a choice of tempting toppings. Yes, they look just as delicious as they sound… ice cream Each Ice Cream Doughburger is made to order, presented in a tailor-made burger box and will cost €3.50. You don’t really need the sunshine to enjoy one of these babies, right? Right?
