The best advertisement for Kerrygold since ‘Who’s taking the horse to France?’
Major celebrities can make an awful lot of money for promoting a brand with a single post on social media, so the folks at Kerrygold are no doubt delighted to have got some free advertising from a bona-fide A-lister this weekend.
Model, TV star and author of a New York Times bestseller Christine ‘Chrissy’ Teigen, who is married to singer John Legend, included the picture below in her Snapchat story (Username – Chrissy Teigen) on Saturday, preaching what the many fans of the famous butter in Ireland will have already known to be true.
With over 2.5 million Twitter followers and 8.2 million Instagram followers, Teigen’s influence on social media is significant, so Kerrygold shouldn’t be surprised if there’s a huge surge in interest in their product all of a sudden.
