He probably loves animals but not this dog.
If any of you have an overenthusiastic dog that constantly feels the need to chase his own tail, jump up on strangers or leave a mini trail of destruction in their path then you might be able to relate to this Dublin man’s ordeal this morning.
This gentleman was crossing the traffic lights this morning on Oliver Bond Street, Dublin before a random dog started biting his leg.
It seems that the dog wasn’t entirely vicious but according to a concerned onlooker, the man had to cross the road with the dog biting at his ankles but he refused to hit/kick/shake the dog off.
Instead he bent down and gently petted the dog until it gave up and released his jaws clamp.
According to a JOE reader, who wishes to remain anonymous, this man is too cool for school and deserves massive credit for not violently reacting to the snarling dog.
It seems that Ace Ventura has competition for the title of coolest person around animals.
