Here at JOE, we think that self expression and having your own unique style is very important, and certainly Brock Hekking (take a moment to enjoy that name) is nothing else if not unique when it comes to style.

His powerful mullet is surely the envy of every washed up drummer from the 1980s who had one big power ballad hit in the Austrian music charts with their band, Scörpion, but the University of Nevada defensive end pulls it off with some flair, even adding in the rather excellent bandana to complete the look.

The great part is that he’s only a junior, so there are a few more years in this tremendous barnet, at university level at least. If you’re going to have a bad hairstyle, have one that’s so bad that it becomes awesome by virtue of its terribleness. Fair play, Brock.
