Science says that our mood and energy levels depend on a number of factors such as our body temperature, blood pressure and hormone levels which are collectively called our circadian rhythms.

As most of us are aware the male and female sex drive peaks at different times and devastatingly, the time window where the two are in sync is depressingly small.

Testosterone levels, which boosts sexual desire, are at their highest in the morning, as are energy levels and it’s no surprise that people are generally in a good mood first thing in the morning as they are less burdened down with their problems.

All of these things make the morning a good time for some wholesome lovin’ and to get the absolute best from each other.

Getting up early for a rowdy romp is also the best time for both partners to orgasm leaving you most likely to start the day with a smile on your face if you get some early morning sex.

As well as all these factors, sunlight also stimulates the hypothalamus which increases testosterone levels, further boasting your chances of syncing up with your better half.

That’s a lot of reasons to wake up with the sun, so set the alarm and start the day feeling on top of the world.
