If all of the suggestions for a suitable Valentine's Day activity have been getting you a bit jaded already, going for a "paint night" in the pub might just be the original alternative to get you excited again. Paint by the Pints is described as a "no experience required" event, which encourages mainly single people to "mingle" and paint the night away in McGowan's Pub, located in Phibsborough, Dublin. "We supply all the material, a free pint on us, and no experience required. Paint by the Pins is a fun filled evening where guests are guided step-by-step through creating their masterpiece. Don't worry if you haven't painted since primary school- that's the fun of the event."
