You know when you're talking to someone in a loud room and they say something you don't quite catch. The straightforward thing is to ask them to repeat themselves. But instead, you more than likely just give a half laugh and say, "Yeah", and pray to hell that it's an acceptable response to whatever they said. Well, this is kind of like that. On Friday, Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe went to the White House to meet with President Donald Trump.
