If you've a playful dog at home, you'll be familiar with how they love to pick things up and run away in the hope that you'll chase them.
The problem is, the harder you chase the wee scamp, the quicker your dog will run away from you because it's all a big game to them.
This is what happened up in Leitrim when Eimear O'Donnell and her brother Sean were outside while their golden retriever Beau was lurking.
Beau got a hold of Sean's phone and the poor fella had awful trouble trying to get it back.
Speaking to JOE, Eimear told us that the phone managed to survive its ordeal in the slobbery mouth of Beau (named after Beau in the Dukes of Hazzard by the way).
"The phone was still intact," Eimear said. "He's constantly running off with things, he had one of our chickens in his mouth 10 minutes later.
"He's the most disobedient dog there ever was but we adore him."
We imagine there's dogs all around the country who could contest him for the title of most disobedient dog...
