This week former Olympic diver Sarah Barrow somehow agreed to teach both Dara Dynamite and myself how to dive. We went down on Monday to the Diving Academy in the National Aquatic Centre to see what it was like to dive off of a 10-metre diving board. However, because we were so bad we were only allowed to dive from a 5-metre diving board for our own safety.
Things didn't really go to plan on some of the dives as you'll see, but we took things to a competitive level and went head to head.
