A defective car with no windows, no door handles and which had both front doors held shut with seat belts has been seized by Gardaí in Donegal. The car was stopped and seized by Letterkenny Traffic Corps, and evidence of the condition it was in was posted on the An Garda Síochána Twitter account on Thursday afternoon. Photos posted by An Garda Síochána showed that the vehicle had no windows and no door handles and that both front doors were held together in rather complicated fashion by seat belts. https://twitter.com/GardaTraffic/status/903242957540777985 https://twitter.com/GardaTraffic/status/903243133672189953 Pics via Twitter/GardaTraffic Although it might seem insignificant compared to everything else that’s wrong with the car, meanwhile, the L-plate was also half-covered with tape. Gardaí have summoned the driver to appear in court and a fine will also be issued. Stay safe on the roads, folks.
