Ansel Elgort and Lily James talk about being lovers-on-the-run in Baby Driver

Rory Cashin

The in-love but very much in-trouble couple at the centre of Baby Driver were in a chatty mood!

With writer/director Edgar Wright best known for his Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun Of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End), we figured it only fitting that his new movie also be celebrated with a trilogy of interviews.

In case you already missed them, we chatted to Edgar Wright himself, then talked to Jamie Foxx, Jon Hamm and Eiza Gonzalez about playing the incredibly cool supporting players, and now, finally, we come to the end of our three-part epic.

With both Ansel Elgort (Baby) and Lily James (Deborah) caught up in a twisted plot of car chases, Kevin Spacey and cool soundtracks, we asked them what they thought was the highlight of cool for them when they were making this movie.

They also spoke about where they reckon their characters might end up in the potential Baby Driver 2, and Lily James has a particular violent idea for what we should do with anyone who might take their phones out in cinemas.

In case you haven’t seen it already, Baby Driver is in Irish cinemas right now, and for a little taster for what is in store, here is the awesome trailer:
