Apologies for the small morsel of lockdown humour. We've already seen what's in store for us on The Late Late Show, but we like to have a little variation if possible, so we'll take a look at the best of what BBC has to offer. We're talking, of course, about The Graham Norton Show which will be on our screens as usual on Friday night. Strictly Come Dancing's Nicola Adams will be in studio as the Olympic champion boxer discusses switching from the boxing ring to the dancefloor and being a part of Strictly's first-ever same-sex couple.
