Spooky season is creeping up on us.

As we’re sure someone has told you already today, it is now officially only three months until Christmas Day.

But before we can even begin to think about Christmas presents and plans for the festive period, we have Halloween to get through.

And what better way to celebrate the spookiest time of the year than with a classic Halloween movie?

Omniplex Cinemas have just announced their October season of #BringItBack with two absolute favourites returning in all their glory to the big screen.

The two in question? Ghostbusters and Hocus Pocus.

Kicking off on Friday 11 October for one week only, it’s Ghostbusters that starts the party. 35 years after it was first released, Omniplex are bringing the dream team of Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray back on the big screen for one week only.

Next up is the classic Hocus Pocus, which tells the story of a curious 17-year-old, Max, who struggles to fit into spooky Salem before awakening a trio of diabolical witches – the Sanderson Sisters.

Hocus Pocus is available to see on the big screen from 25 October, again for one week only.

#BringItBack will see some of the world’s most-loved movies returning to Omniplex, enhanced by the best in modern day cinema experiences – quality projection, state of the art sound technology and of course, the comfiest seats.

Sounds good to us.

Tickets for the #BringItBack movies are €8, and more information can be found here.
