The Easter break is coming up, so chances are the younger folk will be wanting some stuff to watch.
To that end, you'll be happy to hear that Netflix has just added 12 big family friendly movies to their library...
A DOG'S WAY HOME
Ashley Judd and Bryce Dallas Howard star in this story about a young boy who sends his adorable puppy 400 miles away to live in safety, only for the dog to begin the long and potentially dangerous journey back home to its owner.
THE ADVENTURES OF SHARKBOY AND LAVAGIRL
Before he blew up thanks to the Twilight movies, this was likely the world's first introduction to Taylor Lautner, here playing superhero Sharkboy who travels to Earth with his crime-fighting partner Lavagirl in order to try to save their home planet.
ARTHUR CHRISTMAS
James McAvoy voices Santa Clause's son Arthur, who finds out that a young girl's Christmas present has been misplaced, so he takes it upon himself to find it and deliver it himself. The voice cast also includes Bill Nighy, Hugh Laurie, Jim Broadbent and Imelda Staunton.
HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 2
Dracula (voiced by Adam Sandler) is concerned that his half-human/half-vampire grandson isn't showing any signs of being a vampire. Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Megan Mullaly, Mel Brooks and Steve Buscemi fill out the voice cast.
KUNG FU PANDA
The original entry in the brilliant series of movies sees a panda (voiced by Jack Black) with a love for kung fu discover he may be the key to saving the valley of peace that his family and friends all live in.
OPEN SEASON
A domesticated bear (voiced by Martin Lawrence) who lives in the barn of a nice lady (Debra Messing) has his life turned upside down when he saves a deer (Ashton Kutcher) from an evil hunter (Gary Sinise). If this one goes down well, all three sequels - Open Season 2, Open Season 3, Open Season: Scared Silly - have also been added to Netflix.
OVER THE HEDGE
A shockingly stacked voice cast - Bruce Willis, Steve Carrell, Wanda Sykes, Avril Lavigne, Nick Nolte to name just a few - feature in this sorta-heist movie about a group of farm animals that try to replace all of the food they've accidentally destroyed owned by a ferocious, about-to-hibernate bear.
SPY KIDS
Robert Rodriguez (Alita Battle Angel, Desperado) directs this family-friendly movie about two kids who only discover their parents (Antonio Banderas, Carla Gugino) are world-class spies after they mysteriously disappear, and only the kids can possibly save them.
THE SWAN PRINCESS
A wicked sorcerer turns a princess into a swan, in the hopes of taking control of his kingdom for himself. The only thing that can break the spell is the promise of true love...
