It’s not easy being Jon Snow…

Jon Snow played an huge part in yesterday’s trailer as he looked like he’d some strong words with Petyr Baelish in the crypts underneath Winterfell as well as taking the fight the Night King.

Played by Kit Harington, Jon Snow has become a beloved figure for many Game of Thrones fans who’ve watched him develop as a character throughout all six seasons, from the moody, whiney young boy in season one to the new King of the North in season six.

But it seems Harington is just as loved on set, as Jon Snow is in the series. But he has to put up with a torrent of light-hearted abuse when filming Game of Thrones from his co-stars.

In a recent interview with Esquire, Harington described them in blunt terms. “They’re all reprobates,” he said.

His sleek hair and brooding persona are a source of amusement for both writers and cast with even D.B Weiss and David Benioff getting in on the light ribbing with their script.

After seeing Snow’s naked corpse following his death, one character says, “What kind of god would have a pecker that small?”

Benioff and Weiss have explained that line: “There has to be some downside to being Kit Harington, right? It seems only fair. He’s handsome, talented, smart, and so decent to the core that it’s impossible not to like him. Maddening. The one thing we can do is saddle his character with a tiny pecker.”

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays the also much loved Jaime Lannister explained the aura surrounding Harington, “There’s a change in the level of female lust in the room when Kit is there, which all the males find annoying and disrespectful.”

While everyone’s favourite Targaryen, Emilia Clarke has consistently made fun of Harington’s hair in the past.

“There’s a consistent drumbeat of taking the piss out of his incredible hair and startling good looks. His hair just takes over everything. My ridiculous handcrafted wig doesn’t come close to standing up to his man bun.”
