Although it was nominated for 7 Academy Awards, it only picked up the one, and that was for the now iconic song from the film 'Shallow'.

The performance gathered such a reaction that it caused many people to believe that there might be something else going on between the two actors.

Lady Gaga appeared on Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday, Oscar in hand, and dismissed rumours that two are in love.

When asked about the rumours, Gaga replied: "I’m an artist, and guess we did a good job. Fooled ya!"
