Here’s the line-up for this week’s episode of The Late Late Show

Daniel O’Donnell will be celebrating his 60th birthday live on the programme.

The Late Late Show returns for another week on Friday night with a stacked line-up of Irish talent.

Fans of Dancing with the Stars will probably want to tune in to the Late Late as the show will reveal the first four well-known faces who will be competing in the dance competition when it returns to screens in January.

Meanwhile, in October of this year, former RTÉ journalist and broadcaster Charlie Bird revealed that he had been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

On Friday, joined in the studio with his wife and some friends and colleagues, Bird will appear on the programme speaking candidly to host Ryan Tubridy about the recent diagnosis.

Also appearing on the show will be much-beloved singer and Irish icon Daniel O’Donnell two days ahead of his 60th birthday.

He will be celebrating the milestone live on the Late Late, with a host of musical guests joining him including Cliona Hagan, David James, Jimmy and Claudia Buckley, Louise Morrissey, Marc Roberts, Margo O’ Donnell, Paddy Cole and Susan McCann.

Also appearing on the show’s will be O’Donnell’s friends from other walks of life including Irish football legend Packie Bonner, actress Shona McGarty, as well as a few surprises.

The Late Late Show airs on RTÉ One on Friday, 10 December at 9.35pm.
