There’s some big Irish names on the show tonight.
The Late Late Show is back this Friday night once again as host Patrick Kiety will be joined by a plethora of Irish talent.
Legendary singer-songwriter Christy Moore will be on the programme to talk about his new album: A Terrible Beauty.
He will be performing some of his new songs, along with an old favourite.
“Christy will tell Patrick about his love for living and gigging in Ireland, despite the major changes that have occurred in the country during his lifetime and will reflect on the successes of his career to date,” the description from RTÉ reads.
Also in the studio will be actors Colm Meaney (The Snapper) and Paul Reiser (Aliens, Stranger Things) to chat about working together on Ireland-set comedy The Problem with People.
In particular, Reiser will talk about coming to Ireland to make the film that was 30 years in the making, as well as how Meaney introduced him to GAA in Croke Park.
As well as this, Line of Duty star Vicky McClure will be on the programme to speak about her love of “dayclubbing” and bringing the phenomenon to Dublin this weekend.
She’ll also chat to Kielty about being great friends with her Northern Irish former co-star Adrian Dunbar.
Last but not least, stand-up comedian Des Bishop will be live in the studio to talk about his new show Lately, moving back to America during the pandemic and meeting his now wife during that time.
The Late Late Show is airing on RTÉ One on Friday at 9.35pm.
