This will definitely be worth watching.

Louis Theroux will be making a one-off BBC Two documentary which explores the topics of sexual assault and consent at American universities.

The Guardian have reported that the documentary will be called The Night in Question and throughout the feature, Theroux will speak with those who have been sexually assaulted.

The interviewees strongly believe that guidelines, classes, and more information on the topic of consent is needed on campuses in the US.

The documentary will also interview the alleged perpetrators who feel that their reputations have been tarnished by these claims.

University officials and the relevant authorities will also feature.

With regards to the topic of consent and educating young Irish people, author Louise O’Neill has previously made an excellent documentary on the subject and you can view Asking For It here.

At present, The Night in Question doesn’t have a premiere date on BBC Two but if it’s half as good as Theroux’s previous work, it’s bound to be an essential watch.
