This brilliant satirical comedy follows a young black telemarketer (LaKeith Stanfield) who adopts a white accent to succeed at his job.

Sea of Love – Legend – 10.35pm

Our pick for tonight is this 1989 mystery thriller about a detective (Oscar-winner Al Pacino) trying to catch a serial killer who finds victims through the singles column in a newspaper.

During his investigation, however, he becomes romantically involved with a woman (Ellen Barkin) who may be the culprit.

Based on a novel by acclaimed writer Richard Price (Clockers, The Night Of), Sea of Love remains immensely watchable decades after its release thanks to its great premise, its noir atmosphere, and Barkin and Pacino’s electric chemistry.

As well as airing on TV tonight, Sea of Love is available to rent on Apple TV, Google Play and the Sky Store.
