Netflix has a new show, and you’ll be abandoning your friends for it

Get ready for this.

It looks very, very good…

Netflix yesterday released a full list of all their new titles coming in November, and you can check out that list in full here.

One addition that may have slipped under the radar is coming on November 22, and it looks like one that shouldn’t be missed under any circumstances.

Take a look at the trailer of Godless below, and then scroll down and we’ll tell you a bit more about it.

The official Netflix synopsis reads:

“Notorious criminal Frank Griffin (Jeff Daniels) and his gang of outlaws are on a mission of revenge against Roy Goode (Jack O’Connell), a son-like protégé who betrayed the brotherhood. While on the run, Roy seeks refuge with hardened widower Alice Fletcher (Michelle Dockery), an outcast herself, in a worn-down, isolated mining town of La Belle, NM — governed mainly by women. When word reaches La Belle that Griffin is headed their way, the town bands together to defend against the murderous gang in a lawless western frontier.”

The seven-part epic western is coming to Netflix on November 22 and basically follows a group of women running a New Mexico town (the majority of the men originally in the town were killed in a mining accident) and making a stand against a group of male outlaws.

There’s people out there, us included, who sit up and take notice when Steven Soderbergh (Ocean’s Eleven, Logan Lucky) gets involved in a project… yes, he’s executive producing on this series.

Godless was created by Scott Frank, who co-wrote Logan, so this series could potentially be your next Netflix obsession.
