What about that last episode, huh? It was once again, outstanding. But when it ended, we were also tinged with sadness, as next week brings with it the penultimate episode of the series.
There's still so much that has to happen, for God's sake!
Our disappointment was alleviated somewhat with the release of the trailer for the next episode, which looks set to heavily feature a trip behind enemy lines by Jon and his motley crue of battle-hardened individuals... and Gendry.
The trailer, seemed to hold some subtle clues about who the next character to die in the series could be.

Did you spot what we're talking about? It's understandable if you didn't, it took us a couple of watches to notice it.
If you skip to the 31 second mark, you'll see The Hound fighting White Walkers, which is nothing extraordinary, they were going beyond the wall after all.
But in his hand, The Hound is wielding Gendry's hammer. Why is he using the hammer? Gendry would surely need it... unless, Gendry isn't going to need any weapon. Because he's dead.
Now, we're not saying that he definitely dies, but the pictures look ominous for Gendry, even though we do spot him in the trailer seconds later but not necessarily in the same scene.
How horrible for him, looks like he spent about four seasons paddling the oceans for nothing.
