Television studios make pretty glaring errors all the time but considering that Marvel’s new show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D goes out on RTE on a weekly basis, they probably should have made a greater effort to ensure that everything in their most recent episode was above board.

Why you ask? Well, because a television a screen purporting to be broadcasting scenes of violence in Oslo is quite clearly showing an image of the riots on O’Connell Street in Dublin in 2006 with the Parnell monument and Frederick Street in the background.

The incredibly glaring error was pointed out by rob_ob on Reddit and numerous people on Twitter and will only create more criticism for a show that has had a pretty underwhelming reception to date.

Poor form Marvel, poor form indeed.
